Reviews and Ratings
Upon arrival, I found the room to be clean, but there was a cigarette butt and toy on the floor, and the cover felt a bit grimey. The staff, especially Mitch and Michelle from the dining room, provided exceptional service. I was pleased that the room was ready on time as expected.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient, close to downtown and with easy access to sights, but the proximity to a run-down diner gave a less appealing impression. The service was exceptional, from Maureen at the front desk to Laurie serving breakfast. However, the room had a mildew smell and cleanliness was an issue with hair on the sheets.
The hotel's location is excellent, near the historic downtown area and within walking distance of the fort. The service was exceptional, handling unexpected room issues with grace. However, the dining experience was not worth the price paid. The rooms, although smaller than expected, were nicely updated with satisfactory amenities.
My stay at the hotel was decent overall. The rooms could use some improvements - they were old, uncomfortable, and had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. The lack of clear signage for the hotel was also confusing. On the bright side, the location was convenient for exploring the old town of St Augustine.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were inside the building, which I appreciated for the quietness, but unfortunately, there was a lot of noise from the air conditioning units just outside the window that kept me up at night. Overall an okay experience, but I probably won't choose to stay here again.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, enjoying the quiet atmosphere and great military/government rate. The room had everything I needed, and it was nice and quiet. However, the location was a bit far from the downtown district, especially not walkable at night.
